Biggest Business Growth Strategy
The problem is that many companies are cut from the same cloth. The company was started because the owner says that the work of 9 to 5 remember, or do not want to work for someone else, or because they have been told (incorrectly) to “do what they love. “The problem is this, after” own boss “illusion disappears, and you have started a company meets your needs and not on the market, enter the dreaded world of commoditization and soon your company what you want to avoid the first place: to ‘work’!
You want your business to the needs, not because you need a job.

How did you find the “point of difference”, or Unique Selling Proposition? Think about what makes your company or a spectacular and distinct from the rest?
Why your customers buy from you? Locate and then promoting the core differences, metaphorical point of difference that your company will lift the crowd and distinguish you from all of your competitors.
If the prospect really no distinction between your company and competitors, they tend to base their decisions on price, simply because they do nothing to further to go. Price will always be the lowest common ruler, if you fail to stand out from the crowd.
Ultimately your reason for being in business and still be in business for a rescuer.
Here are some clues, I often recommend for residential customers:
Force yourself to innovate. Indeed committed to a different proposition in your market, and this clearly illustrating!
Look at the competition and to critically assess what they are not good.
Client profile: what are their expectations?
Customer Profile: How can you positively to their expectations!
Innovate and differentiate. No, really innovate and differentiate. Take time for your company, to remove all distractions and using this list to work. Is your clients’ savior and I’m sure you gold.
